Candle wick trimmers are designed to trim your candle wick to the ideal length. When a candle wick is too long, it can create a larger flame that burns too hot and too fast, resulting in excess smoke and wax dripping. Trimming the wick to the correct length (usually around ¼ inch) ensures that the candle burns evenly and cleanly, without any excess smoke or wax.
The fleur de lis wick trimmer adds a touch of elegance when trimming your wicks.
