Chipotle Chile Powder has a smoky, chocolaty aroma, and registers a medium heat level. Use it to make your own chipotle hummus or chipotle aioli sauce. Add it to chili, salsas, and marinades or use it in a rub for grilled or braised chicken. You can also use it to make a zesty salad dressing or rub it on grilled corn along with chile and lime for a refreshing bite.
