Sage is mild, musky, and balsamic. It goes great in a pork sausage or hamburger mixture. We suggest using it in a sage butter sauce for pasta and ravioli or adding it to a creamy mushroom soup. It goes well with apples, dried beans, cheese, onions, and tomatoes. Come Thanksgiving, try it in a stuffing! Always add the dried sage early in cooking to allow its flavor to work its magic.
